Novelty socks are all the rage right now, and the brighter they are, the better they sell. With designs that pay homage to bacon, mustaches, bicycles and more, socks are one type of merchandise that steps in line with the funkiest trends. Cheap Wholesale Socks offers foot hosiery in every color of the rainbow, including a number of shocking hues and patterns, ranging from neon giraffe spots to bright skeleton keys. "We offer some subtle designs, but we will get even crazier styles for men in the future," says Cheap Wholesale Socks owner Anthony Schreck. "Right now, our women's sneaker socks are our best sellers." The socks can be worn with any type of shoe, and the "sneaker" part of the product's name comes from the fact that the socks are printed to look like a pair of classic Converse All Star high tops. Cheap Wholesale Socks recently added a fresh selection of men's novelty socks to its website. "They are some of the most affordable socks for men available online," Schreck points out. The socks are made from a standard, washing machine-friendly blend of polyester, cotton and Spandex for comfort and a lasting fit.
The majority of the firm's socks start at $.50 a pair for four dozen men's or women's socks, with price breaks detailed in a dropdown menu below each item on the company's website. Children's socks start at $.37 a pair for four dozen, and follow the same tiered pricing structure as adults' socks. "Most socks of this type wholesale for around $4 a pair," says Schreck, "but our pricing is consistently far below that." The minimum order is $75, and customers are free to mix and match styles in groups of 48 pieces.
One of the strongest arguments for stocking socks is that they are an easy impulse buy in any selling environment, Schreck states. "The truth is that everyone needs socks. That's why they sell well. Even our most offbeat designs are considered a necessity item, as opposed to a luxury purchase. People will continue to buy them because they continue to need them." Additionally, Schreck has observed that customers readily trust that socks will fit, and rarely hesitate to purchase socks if they like the design and quality, both of which are areas of focus for Cheap Wholesale Socks. "We always make sure that our products run true to size, whereas a lot of other brands tend to run a little snug," Schreck points out. "For the price, we deliver the best possible quality."
When placing an order on Cheap Wholesale Socks website, one standout feature is that the pricing structure is clearly explained. Customers can view the price breaks for each product, including the price per pair and per dozen. Vibrant photos are available for every design, making it easy for buyers to identify the precise product they wish to order. Socks are organized into three categories, for men, women and children, with the best sellers appearing at the top of each category page. Information about shipping, the return policy, packaging and more is readily accessible on the site's frequently asked questions page. As the company continues to grow, Cheap Wholesale Socks remains competitive with rock bottom pricing and exclusive designs developed in-house. In the coming year, Schreck plans to expand the company's inventory by creating new styles that reflect current and upcoming trends. "We study the market closely to see what is in the highest demand," he remarks. "This way, we can be sure that the styles we offer will make great sales for our customers."
