This wholesales for $14 to $17.50, depending on the image. Those carrying celebrity, cartoon and identified logo designs are at the upper end of the range. The suggested retail is $69 to $79. The minimum order is four units, although the supplier prefers to sell in full cases of eight or 12 units.
