About Our Company
Crystal Imagery has been serving the high-end gift market since 2009 when owners Eric Schuchart and Sherri Blum combined to create this premier US engraved gift store. Our quality carved barware, decanters, beer mugs, whiskey glasses, vases and bowls are sold to many notable clients and gift shops such as the United States Senate gift shop & The House of Representatives gift shop in the capitol building in Washington D.C. Others include the CIA, The US Naval Academy,, ATT, Bluetooth, The Breakers Resort, The Peabody and Bolling AFB to name just a few. Our wholesale program offers two finishes: laser etched and sand-carved (deep etched) barware and gifts. Our lead times are unmatched and our customer service is top-shelf.

We offer two finishes: laser etched, sand-carved Glassware offerings: a variety of whiskey glasses, cocktail glasses, wine and beer glasses, decanters, coffee mugs and an extensive line of travel tumblers.
Return Policy
Customized products can not be returned. (We offer a free sample with your logo for review before ordering, you only pay shipping.) We do replace products with defects in our finish and any mistakes shown to be at the fault of our company. We will also replace any items broken in transit with evidence (photos) of the packaging and broken items. (We need this to file with the shipping company to obtain reimbursement.)
