Return Policy

Customer must report any damage or errors within 72 hours of receipt of goods. We will only consider replacing items with factory defective or damaged when you receive your order. There has been a less than 2% defective rate. There is no full warranty. Our low wholesale price is set to reflect no full waranty pricing. Return items has to be sent out back for inspection within 7 days after delivery. Buyer is responsible for sending defective item back to us. We will refund your purchase amount or only send replacement with your next order. We will not replace items once they are sold to the retail customer. If reported shipping damage, buyer also need to send the damaged items back to us for verification. Replacement of items damaged in shipping are based on our inspection of returned item, shippers' terms and policies. All sales are final.
